Thanks. I think I completely forgot about the fragments on this part but after leveling it to 15. The fights became easier

I didn’t know that hitting ctrl on the keyboard was the same as clicking shift and right click. So when I clicked it. I thought it was a different move.

i remember seeing videos on the blood kantana but i dont think i have enough arcane for it

@Voidzy. oh I'm talking about something different not a blood one there is a shadow katana as part of the quest you did for that red talisman you need to finish that quest then give the knight an occult iris and you get the katana it's pure dex not other scaling and the other one is an int weapon but only needs 21 and it's dex the rest of the way did you think I meant the rivers of blood that's the arcane katana sorry for the confusion I'm not very concise

I MEANNN... yeah, but at mog, its just been a nightmare, he has a high stance and alot of physical protection. dosnt help he kills me in 3 attacks tho....... and then when you attack you have to commit like with a great sword, i havnt really seen any str based regular swords tho, there prob is some. for more info im using guts sword, also tryed Marais Executioner's Sword, its good for pvp, but pve it just, kinda blows, the damage is pretty bad and i thought it would at least stun them on a full charge up cause you have to really commit with it, but i was better off just swinging it then doing the charges/full charges with its wep art.

yeah mohg sucks. i had to fight him on NG+ because I could use two of my swords. maybe see if you can use some type of magic. but other wise just keep trying and hopefully you get it.

Even though it was killing me. I like the idea of a hard challenge. If every boss was easy then what would be the point

wondering around the map just amazes me because there's so much thought that goes into every location.

You right. I think they made for the dlc for people who are level 500 because my health just tanks. Also the fact that a lot of bosses give you no time to heal. So I now spend my points on vigor and endurance

Finished it on NG+ on lvl 250, it was really hard and it was a mistake doing on NG+ XD.... but it is doable, I had to go 99 vigor tho...

@@hashfall5338 60 Vigor guy here, it's only really a problem early on because those Scadu Tree Fragments are really crucial to bumping up your survivability in the DLC areas, given than they did this scaling to make sure high level players don't just mow down everything. If anything, the difficulty IMO is pretty reminiscent of earlier Souls titles.

I think at the time I had 5 but now leveling it up to 15. I’m noticing it to be more do able

Yep, 3 hours in the dlc and I’m constantly dying.

right now with my new build im rocking two headed turtle, dragoncrest great shield, rotton winged sword and erdtree favor +1 but i think i should try and get +2

@Voidzy. the bosses are really tanky i would recommend having a damage talisman or two or the fights will take forever I mean I'd recommend getting rid of the erdtree favour it's only 3.5 percent health which is not going to save you really winged sword alone won't cut it

yeah i kept swapping the tailsman around, i tried radagons soreseal, green turtle, dragoncrest greatshield and even claw but i found that this was the best combo.

@Voidzy. yeah never use the soreseal after you get 40 vigor it becomes worthless just increases damage taken too much

i did notice that her attacks just one hit me. but seeing the strength and dexterity go up. made me really want to use it

@Voidzy. it reduces all defense by 15 percent and at high levels once you've hit the caps in most stats the extra damage is so little it isn't worth it at this level you want percent boosts like your lord of blood exultation which can be buffed further if you wear the white mask with it

I took constant breaks. every hour or so. but knowing i could've of done it easily with the mimic, made it more painful.

I have spent most of my time just avoiding fights for this exact reason. Like the giant at the entrance I believe that he always respawns so now i just ride past them.

A quick little thing i forgot to mention is that when you meet the samurai dude outside raya lucaria main gate all you'll see is a red summon sign to invade an npc world as an assist summon. You get to talk to him after and then his next location is at one of the churches in altus plateau.

that actually sounds handy, thanks. If I decide to go to new game plus 2 I will definitely comeback to this. Still amazes me that there's still so much to this game even when you think you have covered most of it

oh i totally forgot about that. im so use to phases starting after cutscenes that i completely forgot that was what he was doing. dang i should need to watch a video and see what i missed.

I've never of that. Tbh I've never played ghost runner but it does look very similar just without the combat.

whats the other 5 bosses. I know malenia, and the boss in mohgwyn palace. plus i've already defeated radahn. But wow level 515. the bosses must be so easy then if you're level is that high.

@@Voidzy. Lich Dragon Placidux (not spelled right), That Dragon at Farum Azulla, Melikith the Black Blade. Had forgotten, but there's NPC Characters Quest Lines too. You would think at Level 515 that Everyone would be quite a bit easier, not entirely. Remember there's soft Level Caps, Mid Level Caps, and Hard Level Caps. Switch out Ritual Shield Talisman for Tower Great Shield Talisman. Massive Physical Negation that constantly on while it's equipped versus doing a bit more Damage only as long as you're at Full Health, soon as you get hit that Extra Damage goes away. Trust me you'll get hit like first couple of seconds, so Ritual Sword Talisman is not worth it.

@@Voidzy. There's alot that From Software put into the Combat System that Coincides with Gameplay Mechanics and Leveling. Which is 1 of the reasons besides Characters and the Storyline Why People Love these Games. I like the added bit that these Games take a Big Steaming Dump on Woke Politics and the Real Greedy Crappy Game Putting out Companies on top of it.

@@Voidzy. Getting everything done from side quests, Item Hunting, Items, Armor Farming, and Weapon Farming, and even XP Farming, will take many more Hours. I put about 200 or so Hours in before I beat the Elden Beast and went to NG+. I'm not a newbie to Video Games, I was playing Videogames probably before you're conceivement was even an Idea in your Parent's Heads.

I have a mod on that gets rid of the vignette. maybe it also takes away the shadow.

i was using the golden vowl but i did notice, it wasn't make that much of a difference, damage wise so I stopped but I didnt know about the flame grant me strength. thanks

@@Voidzy. Keep using the Golden Vow. It works great an Synergizes with The Flame Grant Me Strength, and Beastial Vitality. Blessing of the Erd Tree is a good 1 too have as well, it slwoly regenerates Health for you, any Co-Operatives, and Summons.
